Bill: βWelcome! We're here with Louis Gump -- author and all around great guy. He's been an intrapreneur as well as an entrepreneur, so Louis I think you've got such rich perspective with that experience. π
I'll brag on you for a minute: you've you've built these cool, trailblazing mobile apps π± in early days of mobile apps at Weather Channel and CNN, you've been a GM at Cox media and and you've also served with the mobile marketing Association, most recently as the Global Chair. So you're building the community, you're doing what Seth Goden talks about in βTribesβ -- you're connecting people so that way your work can be amplified. π
Congrats as well! I saw just today on LinkedIn that your book has become a finalist (so we're rooting for you) in the Indie Book Awards. So congrats for that.β π
Louis: βThank you I'm really excited and I feel so fortunate to have worked with many great people and great companies over time.β π
Bill: βYour book looks really good too, man! I love that metallic sheen on the egg there. π₯ How how did you pull that off?!β

I give credit to our graphic design team who came up with the idea. As soon as I saw it I thought oh yes let's do that.β
Bill: βIt really is beautiful. I mean it's it's stunning and it is part of why I decided to start sending your book to all of my clients, because it looks really good. And I know a lot of people you know they get a free book in the mail they might not read it but it's going to look good and it's going to set a good impression!
So I guess I am judging your book a little bit by the cover, but as you've joked about β my copy here is just marked up like every page. I've got notes and notes ..."
