#Brainstorming is energizingโ€”but it often leaves us with a wall of sticky notes and no clear path forward. The ๐—œ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜/๐—˜๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜… is a simple yet powerful way to cut through that clutter. It helps teams prioritize by asking two key questions: โ“ How much impact will this idea have for our users? โ“ How much effort will it take to implement?

๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ ๐‘ด๐’‚๐’‘ ๐’€๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐‘ฐ๐’…๐’†๐’‚๐’”

  1. Gather your ideas โ†’ Write each one on a sticky note or digital card.

  2. Define ๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฑ๐˜ข๐˜ค๐˜ต โ†’ User delight, revenue potential, accessibility, or alignment with goals.

  3. Define ๐˜ฆ๐˜ง๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ต โ†’ Time, budget, technical complexity, or organizational change required.

  4. Plot each idea on the grid (Pro tip: Use dot voting to speed up consensus.)

  5. Step back and look for patterns โ†’ Which quadrant fills up? Thatโ€™s your clue.
