WorkplaceInnovators Often Live in Spreadsheets

We’ve created a brand new series for you, #intrapreneurs — and no, it’s not about your old friend #PowerPoint... 👇

We’re diving deep into the ubiquitous and remarkably hard-to-beat tool:
#Spreadsheets! 📈

We’ve noticed that #intrapreneurs and #workplaceInnovators often live in spreadsheets — and hey, we love them too. Your motto might as well be:
“If you can model it in a spreadsheet, you can make it happen.” 💪

Spreadsheets help turn those analog meeting notes and whiteboard sketches into a digitized model. They push ideas into measurable formats: 0s and 1s, rows and columns, formulas and tabs.

They offer a beautiful contradiction: structure + flexibility.
Excel, Google Sheets, SharePoint Numbers — these tools don’t enforce many (any?!) rules. They allow you to color-code freely, merge cells, build custom logic… whatever you need.

They serve as a sweet spot between the rawness of whiteboards and the full fidelity of enterprise systems. 👩‍💻

In our new series — “The 10 Dysfunctions of a Spreadsheet” — we’ll share:

1️⃣ Tips for improving spreadsheets — sometimes you have to work with what you’ve got. We'll offer advice on how to enhance the status quo and avoid some common #gotchas. 💡

2️⃣ Vision for a system — we’ll show how a structured solution could solve each dysfunction and create lasting improvements. 👀

Thanks for journeying with us — we can’t wait to kick this off with you!
